Yes, 100%. Nothing will be published without your approval. You simply provide you with a content calendar in advance to review.
If you have a shared folder of images or video content, we can certainly use that. However, if not, our graphic designers will create everything for you.
In the initial onboarding brief, we ask for a selection of topics you’d like to talk about in your content. If this changes over time, we will adapt the content to meet your needs.
Yes! Our Silver plan includes up to 2 videos per month and our Gold plan includes up to 4 videos per month. Our Bronze plan does not include any video content.
Yes, every post will include the custom caption and graphic (or video) displayed in your content calendar.
As part of the onboarding process, we have a zoom call to discuss your goals and gain access to each of the accounts you wish to post on.
